The Learning Exchange Network connects National Lottery Community Fund-funded organisations across Northern Ireland to share learning and practical insights. Led by the Centre for Effective Services (CES), the project builds grant holders' skills and knowledge by linking organisations that are geographically close, thematically aligned, or facing similar challenges.
CES will deliver a programme of learning opportunities both in person and online, shaped by grant holders' needs, helping them build confidence to share their learning with networks, communities, the wider sector, and policy makers. Grant holders will access training, resources, and peer expertise.
