The Learning Exchange Network is an exciting new project that will connect organisations and groups across Northern Ireland which are funded by The National Lottery Community Fund, to share learning and exchange practical insights with each other.
The project is led by the Centre for Effective Services (CES) and commissioned by The National Lottery Community Fund using funds raised by National Lottery players.
The three year project will build grant holders’ skills, knowledge, and expertise through connecting with other grant holders. It will help create new and develop existing connections between funded organisations of all sizes that may be geographically close, thematically aligned, experiencing similar challenges or looking to share practice learning with others in their field.
CES will provide a programme of learning opportunities, shaped by the needs and preferences of grant holders, delivered in local communities across Northern Ireland, both in person and online. The learning programme aims to grow the confidence and skills of grant holders to share their learning and impact and to create opportunities to do this within their networks, with communities, the wider sector and policy makers.
Grant holders will have access to training, learning resources, regular updates and news, and opportunities to connect with others formally and informally. Most importantly, grant holders will be able to access the vast experience and expertise of their peers and share their learning in exchange.
