On the 29th of January we held a joint seminar with the Institute of Public Administration on the subject of public service reform. Peter Housden, Former Permanent Secretary of the Scottish Government, and one of the event panellists, spoke to us about the Goal Programme for Public Service Reform and Innovation, and some of the learning emerging from the evaluation.
