Self-evaluation can help your organisation build capacity in gathering data and evidence, and use it to improve your services. CES worked with the HSE National Quality Improvement Team to develop a guide to self-evaluation, as well as a practical workbook. The six-step guide includes templates, planning tools and examples of how to conduct self-evaluation in healthcare and other settings.
The workbook allows you to fill in your specific aims for the evaluation, shows you how to develop a Theory of Change, and provides you with an evaluation project plan timetable.
You can find the self-evaluation guide and workbook along with lots of other tools and resources developed by the Quality Improvement Team below.
