CES is searching for two Directors to join our Senior Management Team.

The successful candidates will play a leading role in delivering our strategic plan and our objectives to improve the lives of people living in our communities through the implementation of evidence informed policy and practice.

These roles will help CES to grow and develop, with responsibility for overseeing key areas of our work as follows:

• Director of Change and Improvement – to develop and maintain good working relationships with identified key stakeholders, partners and potential clients, including government departments and agencies.

• Director of Implementation and Practice - responsible for evolving the company's products, services, and operating model, as well as advising on implementation strategies to improve outcomes for people living in our communities.
