CES awarded funding from the Dormant Accounts Fund NI

CES has been awarded funding from the Dormant Accounts Fund NI to develop its work in Northern Ireland.

The Dormant Accounts Fund NI is delivered by The National Lottery Community Fund in conjunction with the Department of Finance and supports organisations to be more resilient and prepared for the future by funding activity that increases capacity and sustainability.

CES will use the grant to develop income streams and build organisational capacity. The project will strengthen and sustain CES so it can continue to support organisations to implement effective policies, systems, and practices to improve outcomes for children, young people and families.

Majella McCloskey, CES Director, Northern Ireland said:

‘CES is delighted to be a recipient of this grant, which will enable us to deliver on the ambition of our strategy Partnerships, Profile, People. Over the next three years the grant will allow us to develop our capacity and further develop our work to support the voluntary and community sector in Northern Ireland.’
