Sheila has over 20 years experience in localisation, translation, and global programme management, leading international teams and delivering complex multilingual product and content initiatives for some of the world's largest technology and gaming companies.
Most recently, as Portfolio Director at Keywords Studios, she led a team supporting a global portfolio of leading gaming publishers, with responsibility for project delivery, budgeting, profitability, resource planning, recruitment, pricing, and client engagement. She also served on the Localisation Group's global management team, driving strategic process and technology initiatives.
Prior to Keywords, Sheila spent over 10 years at Oracle, progressing from Project Manager to Director of Programme Management. In this role, she managed global translation and quality assurance teams across Europe and Asia, led a 21-person Translation Programme Management function, oversaw significant localisation budgets, and developed strategies to deliver translated versions of Oracle's extensive product portfolio worldwide.
Throughout her career, Sheila has demonstrated expertise in global operations, localisation strategy, programme delivery, financial management, team leadership, and building strong client relationships in fast-paced international environments.
