Having worked in Clinical Research and Development within the private sector for over 24 years, Ken joined CES with a desire to use his considerable strategic and operational leadership experience to support improvement in how public services are delivered.
Ken’s areas of expertise include programme and change management, operational and systems improvement, stakeholder relationship management and collaborative working.
Ken leads the Change and Improvement team. This team supports a portfolio of work where CES works through an embedded model of working with the HSE to build and implement change to improve health and social care services (including Mental Health, Older Persons, Disabilities, Primary Care and Public Health) while building sustainable capacity within the system.
This portfolio includes programmes in Policy Implementation, Service Design and Service Reform and Transformation. In this role, he provides direction and oversight to the overall portfolio of work, while also takes an active leadership role on multiple individual projects and programmes.
