Elzbieta brings several years of professional experience in quality management, business/ project administration and process (re-)design in highly complex, international environments to CES. A few years ago, she moved from the business sector to the non-profit sector, where she worked on supporting vulnerable migrant groups in the Netherlands.
She holds a master’s degree in Political Science and a bachelor’s degree in Cultural Studies from the Gdansk University in Poland.
Currently, Elzbieta is part of the Change and Improvement team which delivers projects and programmes across various health and social care services in collaboration with the HSE.
In CES, Elzbieta often makes use of her skills in data management and analytics, providing valuable insights for external and internal stakeholders. Her attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively make her a valued asset in any project environment.
