You may feel that your intervention or service is having a positive impact on the people you want to benefit, and you may be gathering some evidence or data already. But you may not know how to use that evidence to prove you are making a difference, or even if the interventions you are providing are the right ones to achieve your aims.
This introductory training course will help you think about how to measure what you are doing in a meaningful way.
This module is suitable for project staff and service leads who need to understand the core ingredients of evaluation.

Module 1: Evaluating Impact: an Introduction
Module 2: The Nuts and Bolts of Evaluation
Module 3: Telling the Story of Your Data
Each module will be delivered online, where you can work through the elements at your own pace, and access support resources and templates.
The online course is followed by a one to one mentoring session with CES Evaluation specialists, to help you apply the learning to your work.
