Olivia has over twenty years' experience of public sector policy and project implementation in Ireland. She joined CES with an interest in implementation science and how to best apply its tenets in ways that are accessible, impactful, and useful to policy makers and practitioners. Her expertise includes training and mentoring, organisational risk assessments, stakeholder engagement and implementation planning and evaluation.
Olivia holds a Bachelor of Social Work and a Master's Degree in Social Policy. She is currently pursuing a research doctorate in the field of social policy that seeks to examine how frontline practitioners can influence the policy cycle.
Olivia’s experience includes working with organisations such as the Health Service Executive, the Child and Family Agency (Tusla), An Garda Síochána, University College Cork and the Health Information Quality Authority.
