CES is searching for a Director, Change and Improvement. This is an exciting role in our Senior Management Team, where the successful candidate will be responsible for leading, managing and contributing to a team in the delivery of high quality and timely evidenced informed projects and programmes of work which are financially viable.
The new Director will develop and maintain good working relationships with identified key stakeholders, partners and potential clients, including government departments and agencies. The successful candidate will also be responsible for reviewing overall performance of CES and the day-to-day running and management of organisational and team activities.
