Capturing the Learning: Improving Child Behaviour
What are the key messages for policy makers from the Prevention and Early Intervention Initiative about improving children’s behaviour? This briefing paper presents six key messages and nine recommendations based on findings of nine programmes funded in Ireland and Northern Ireland. Messages highlight how both universal and targeted services can help to improve children’s behaviour. New skills and techniques can help both parents and teachers to have a positive impact on children’s behaviour.
