Graduate Programe

CES provides an annual Graduate Intern Programme to train and develop a new generation of graduates with specialist experience of implementing evidence-informed services, and the translation of evidence into policy and practice to improve outcomes.

The full-time structured training programme is for recently qualified graduates or post-graduates and combines professional and personal development and meaningful work experience, over a period of 12 months. The role is remunerated.
Graduates who have completed the CES Programme have gone on to careers in the public and charitable sectors, delivering research and developing and implementing policy and practice.
“The opportunity to engage with a variety of sectors and different kinds of stakeholders was very positive. We were given the opportunity to work in areas of interest to us, and to develop our knowledge and skills.”
