Lauren is an experienced researcher, evaluator and policy analyst. She joined CES with a conviction that evidence-informed policies and excellent public services can improve lives, communities and societies. Lauren’s expertise lies in producing high-quality evidence to inform decision making, and she is experienced in translating complex research evidence into useful policy insights.
In roles in national and international organisations, Lauren has worked on many large-scale research and evaluation projects, in areas such as educational disadvantage, early learning and child well-being. At CES, she currently leads evaluations of policies and services in early childhood education and care and in equality and human rights.
Lauren is a research psychologist by training. Her BA and PhD degrees are from University College Dublin.
