Having over 20 years’ experience as a programme manager leading teams delivering complex IT solutions in the private sector, Grainne joined CES with an interest in improving public sector services to make them more meaningful and useful for the service user. Grainne likes touse a collaborative leadership style to build teams and engage stakeholders. She is a clear and concise communicator, who is customer focused and is PMI PMP® certified.
Within CES, Grainne is a member of the Community Operations Improvement Programme team. This programme involves CES working with the HSE to build and implement change to improve community health services. Grainne worked with the Covid-19 Community Testing Programme where she supported the development of the Covid-19 Testing Service and was a key member of the team designing, developing and implementing many initiatives which improved the accessibility, efficiency and effectiveness of this critical service.
