Grainne Clarke

Director, Change and Improvement

Grainne has led change management and significant improvement programmes across public and private sectors for twenty-five years. She joined CES to introduce and develop innovative and effective methods to implement significant change programmes in public services that ultimately improve the lives of the people of Ireland.

Grainne’s areas of expertise are strategic change, transformation programmes, programme and project management methodologies, systems thinking and collaborative working. Grainne is an experienced facilitator and leads strategic programmes that build skills in change management and collaborative working.

In CES, Grainne is a member of the Senior Management Team who drive CES’s strategic and operational objectives. Grainne leads the Community Operations Improvement Programme team who support large scale service improvement programmes in the HSE.

Grainne holds a First-Class Hons degree in Psychology, she is currently undertaking a part-time PhD in women’s health at Trinity College Dublin.
