Pola joined CES because she believes that high-quality and transparent evidence is the best method of achieving effective and efficient public policies and services. She is currently working on projects with the Health Service Executive and Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth. Here, she is utilising a wide range of evidence-based project/change management and research methodologies to implement and evaluate large national policies.

Pola holds a first-class honours degree in Psychology from Trinity College Dublin. Throughout her time at university, Pola held multiple roles in the Students’ Union and gained experience working in social care settings as well as research.
