Project Specialist

Anne-Marie is a Project Specialist in CES with experience in research, monitoring, evaluation and implementation. Her recent projects have included working on the national evaluation of the Area Based Childhood (ABC) Programme, the reform of youth funding programmes with the Department of Children and Youth Affairs, and developing a case study on leadership development models in the public sector.

Prior to joining CES, she led value for money evaluations of education and children’s services programmes run by the UK government on behalf of the UK National Audit Office. She has also managed an academic research project centred on monitoring and evaluating the impact of civil society projects in developing countries, and has conducted socio-economic research for a Kenyan environment and health charity. Anne-Marie holds a BSc.(Hons) in International Development and Food Policy from University College Cork and an MSc. in Governance and Ethics from University College London.
