Include Youth Conference – More than a job

Across Europe and beyond there is a growing concern about the steady rise, linked to the
economic recession, in the population of young people described as not in education, employment or training (NEET). Yet even during the years of economic growth the rising tide did not lift all boats and now those vulnerable and disadvantaged young people, who did not benefit from the boom times, are more distant than ever from the labour market.
