Caitlin is a Project Specialist in the Dublin team, and was formerly a graduate intern in the Belfast office. She has worked on a range of evaluations, evidence and literature reviews, and other research projects across sectors including healthcare, education, child welfare, and systems change.
Prior to joining CES, Caitlin worked in a variety of third sector settings, including community development, research, and peacebuilding. She holds a BA in Social Anthropology and an MA in Conflict Transformation, during which her research focused on cultural factors influencing social change. Caitlin is also an Eisenhower Fellowships Youth Leader, representing Ireland in 2020, an achievement which recognises promising early-career change leaders.
