Brid works on the Community Operations Improvement Programme in the HSE. This programme involves CES working with the HSE to build and implement change to improve community health services. It also involves CES working with HSE Community Operations and Community Health Organisations (CHOs) to further develop service improvement capacity across the country. The Programme team is based in St Lomans Hospital.
Prior to joining CES, Brid worked as a CX Project Manager in Vodafone where she was responsible for delivering strategic customer experience and business improvement programmes. Brid has extensive experience in change management, business transformation and process improvement within highly complex and regulated environments.
